Nick did a top job installing my new Solar and mains switchboard replacement. I did a tonne of reading before hand, trying to cut through all the marketing and sales babble that is out there. I encountered some truly scummy companies in the process and I must have got at least 15 quotes from various companies all claiming to have the best setup. I came across the Surge It page on FB and decided to get in contact for yet another quote to add to my spreadsheet. Nick responded to me immediately via email and provided me a quote, and for me the numbers stacked up. It was refreshing to not have to speak to a pushy salesperson and get straight up answers. In the end I decided on Nick's company, and I felt great being able to support a local business. He did a top job, and answered all of the questions fired at him. I'm pumping out over 30kWh per day which is putting a significant dent in my power bill. I'm very happy with the job and would happily hire Nick and his team for future electrical work.

I sent Surge It some photos on the Monday, they provided a quote for a 6.6kw solar system on the Tuesday and it was installed and running on the Friday ... no hassles at all. His team left no mess at all, and they took the time to do a quality job of installing the inverter and roof panels without any ugly ducting. Great to have had the experience of dealing with personable tradies who use their brains and take pride in their work.

After several painful quotes from other companies giving the usual long winded sales pitch, I called Nick and asked for the honest “give it to me straight” quote. Within 5 minutes I knew what we were getting including options, costs, timeframe and honest, no BS information. Quote and products are really competitively priced and Nick gave us some ‘easy to decide’ options.

It was a great experience with Nick and team . Completed 6.5 kw installation very neatly within 2 days after my contract. I had a bad experience with one of the other solar agency whom I had a contract initially and when they came for installation they said they can’t install 20 panels also demanded $1500 extra saying it’s not a standard installation. I canceled that contract and went with SurgeIt and the experience was wonderful. They completed 20 panel installation without any additional cost. I recommend Surge It Solar.

Nick and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Knocked the job over in one day with short notice and the workman ship was outstanding.
